Setup of new accounting data file for your business -This process entails creating your company datafile with settings and documents customised to your business requirements. We will export from your old system and import into your new system, where it is possible and desirable, customer lists, stock lists, stock prices, supplier lists. Then we oversee the entering of opening balances for bank account balances, outstanding customer balances owed to you, outstanding supplier balances you owe, stock on hand quantities and valuation.
Setup of new payroll data file for your business - This process entails creating your company datafile with settings and documents customised to your business requirements. We will export from your old system and import into your new system, where it is possible, and oversee the entering of where importing isn't possible, the employee pay history (up to 12 mths) to facilitate accurate holiday pay calculations.
Training on use of software, development of processes, Audit of current processes/usage - We provide one-on-one, hands-on training in your office with your data. Where you already use the system and have requested upskill training, we work through the areas that you request and review how you use the system as we go, advising on best practice, alternatives and correcting any misunderstandings. Where you are new to the system or an area thereof, we work through processes using your data and records. We can provide notes on the processes to follow or you can take your own notes for subsequent use.
Ongoing Support and troubleshooting as and when required - We can provide advice and support by phone, email or by visiting your office.
Extension of usage for existing software - We can oversee extending your use of your existing software by ensuring the transition between not using an area and beginning to use it takes into account setting up opening balances where relevant. Then we can train you and provide processes to use going forward.
Bookkeeping services - We can provide a monthly and/or 2-monthly tidy-up/GST service where we check and complete bank reconciliations, review your receivables, reconcile your payables against supplier statements, check GST reports as preparation for GST Returns, and produce monthly reports.
